Praia do Degredo

Degredo Beach is located in Água de Alto parish, Vila Franca do Campo municipality. This beach by its landscape is in itself a singularity, a fact that comes from being endowed with wild and pure nature. Degredo Beach offers the swimmer a peace that is difficult to reach but endowed with a serene landscape with the islet of Vila Franca do Campo as a backdrop. On this beach, there is an abundant spring near the beach and a waterfall that comes from Ribeira do Degredo that reaches the beach through its west entrance.
