Ponta da Madrugada Viewpoint is located in the Northeast. From this viewpoint, you get an immense view of the north coast of the island and part of the mountains of the Nordeste. From there, you can see Fajã do Lombo Gordo and Ponta da Marquesa in the distance. This whole area is populated by a rich forest cover where predominantly the Laurissilva typical from Macaronesian.
