Tony’s Restaurant is located in the center of Furnas Parish, next to the Nossa Senhora da Alegria Church. Its specialty is the famous Cozido das Furnas, prepared in volcanic boilers, has a unique and unforgettable flavor. It is slowly cooked in pots buried in the soil taking advantage of the heat from volcanic activity.
